Baffling. I would expect this from an organization that was having a public relations problem or on that was having unsold seats. Dan doesn't need the money. I'm sure he is making a million between HBO and CBS. After the disaster in Detroit with the hiring of Matt Millen you would think teams would think twice before hiring an inexperienced ex-player.
Chris Collingsworth is much more knowledgeable
in being a judge of players talent. Plenty of unemployed coaches around to fill CBS and HBO vacant spots
